"Keeps raising rates with no changes to my driving record in 2 years"

"Greg, I couldn't find your account by your Google handle to review before responding, so I will speak to your concern generally. 1. I have no control over your rate at an agency level, so it is unfortunate that you chose to leave a 1 star review as a result of your rate increase. 2. I appreciate that you have a clean record, but insurance rates are based on claim payments made for a given rating territory. We definitely try to mitigate increases for our best customers with accident free, Drive Safe and Save and numerous other discounts, but sometimes to keep our promise at claim time, rates must be increased. 3. It's not hard to imagine why not only State Farm, but most companies are taking increases because driving habits are getting back to pre covid levels, which is causing an increase in accident frequency. 4. Property crime is at epidemic levels with stolen catalytic converters, vandalism and total thefts of vehicles all together. 5. In the midst of higher claim frequency, auto body shops are stretched thin with not only the sheer volume, but in addition compounded by supply chain issues. When parts are in low supply and there are 6-8 week delays in repairs, repair costs fo up. I marvel at the fact that State Farm was able to keep our average rate increase relatively low compared to some others. Please feel free to call my office and I'd be more than happy to review your policy to ensure that you are getting the best rate that we offer for you. Finally, I understand that rate increases are no fun, but I would hope that my clients rate us on the way we strive to serve them better than any other agency in the industry. Best to you, Eric."
